Thanks for visiting my corner of the internet. My name is Aakaash Meduri. I am a techno-optimist.

Currently, I work as the Head of AI at Bio Protocol where I lead a team of scientists and engineers building BioAgents, an open-source scientific agents framework to automate scientific discovery. I was previously a co-founder of LabDAO, where we built an open platform to perform drug discovery using the latest computational biology ML models. Before transitioning to software engineering, I worked on clinical trials at a large biopharmaceutical company.

I'm also an avid chess player, having earned the USCF National Master title in 2017. Chess has always been a mirror into my psyche. Nowadays, I mostly play online and at the Marshall Chess Club, where I also serve as a Board member.
